Our Return Policy is for Exchanges or Store Credit Only.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 14 business days of the date of receipt for exchange or store credit less the shipping charges.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Items purchased in the Sale section of our website, Custom monogrammed Items, swimwear and Intimate items are Final Sale items and may not be returned for Exchange or Store Credit.
All returns must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the original tags still attached.
We can only accept returns that are in the original, resalable condition.
Returns that do not meet this criteria will be deemed non-returnable and will be denied.
Please allow 5-7 days from the date we receive your return for processing.
We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.
We suggest that you select Insurance and get tracking on your return package as we cannot Exchange or Issue a Store Credit for items we do not receive.
